Spa Tips

• We have a wide selection of spa amenities. Everything you will need will be provided including spa robes and slippers.
• If you have a special request upon arrival please inform the spa concierge.
• Speak Up. We want you to be very comfortable and relaxed during your visit to Facets. Please speak up and tell your service provider if you are uncomfortable at ANY time. Please direct them on pressure and temperature. Share your wellness concerns so they may best design the ideal treatment procedure for you. We are here to assist you in looking and feeling your best.
• We recommend that you do not shave the day of any spa body services. If you have any questions please ask your spa consultant.

Guest Shower and Changing Facilities
Dayspa guests are welcome to use our shower and changing facilities. Lockers are made available for the storage of clothes and toiletries.

Cell Phones
The spa is a cell-free, pager-free zone. It’s your time to unplug and unwind.

Children
Facets is a place to escape from everyday responsibilities. So that guests may enjoy their treatments, we kindly request that children do not accompany adults for their services. We welcome children for their own appointments and request adult supervision at all times.
